Note:
Must pay $25 CASH-ONLY key deposit the business day before your event.
If a Parks and Recreation representative verifies that the building is in its original condition, properly cleaned, trash removed, and all terms of the rental contract have been fulfilled, you will be eligible to receive your key deposit refund on the next business day after 10 AM ET at the main office.
Please note that entry into the building prior to your reserved date or before 10 AM ET is not permitted. Additionally, all occupants must vacate the building by 11 PM.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in the forfeiture of your key deposit and removal of rental abilities.
